The Parish Council Meetings are on the 2nd Monday of the Month, every month except August, and start at 7pm in the Community Hub, High Street. The next meeting will be on Monday 12th May.

Waddington Annual Parish Council

There will be a 30 minute public forum between 7.00pm and 7.30pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also required during this period.

The Police, RAF and any County and District Councillors present will make a short address during this time.

  1. Election of Chairman. Sign the “declaration of acceptance of office”.

  1. Election of Vice Chairman.  Sign the “declaration of acceptance of office”.

 

  1. Signing of the minutes.  To accept the Clerk’s notes from the meeting held on the 14th April 2025.

    1. Monthly finance report – to receive and accept the monthly finance report.
    2. Approving the payments. To resolve to pay bank transfers listed by the RFO and certify invoices.

    1. Section 1.  To read, discuss and agree for the Chairman to sign on behalf of the Council.

  1. Matters arising from the last meeting.  Only for discussion.

 

  1. Urgent matters for attention – Items which the Chairman is of the opinion should be considered as a matter of urgency due to special circumstances.

 

  1. ‘In Camera’ item.  Resolution: In view of the special/confidential nature of the business about to be transacted it is advisable in the public interest that the press and public be temporarily excluded and they are instructed to withdraw.

 

  1.  Staff.   To discuss staffing matters.
