The Parish Council has set the budget / precept for 2024/2025. A difficult budget to set with the continuing increases in utilities costs.
Budget for 2024/2025
The Finance Committee set the budget and precept on the 4th December 2023 and the Full Parish Council approved this at the meeting on the 11th December 2023.
The precept has been set at £231,325 and increase of £17,230 from last years budget of £214,095. This is an increase of 8.05%, however, due to the number of new houses in Waddington, the actually increase per household is 4.73%.
Last year a band D property paid £98.20 per year towards Waddington Parish Council, this year it will be £102.84 per year an increase of £4.65.
